Welcome to StarLite Dance Academy!

StarLite Dance Academy was established in 2001 with the intention of providing fun and affordable dance classes. We introduce fitness, movement skills and creativity to children from the age of three upwards. There are weekly classes in Jazz, Tap, Ballet, Contemporary, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre Acro Dance and Singing which provide a friendly and fun-filled environment. Classes are pressure-free with a strong emphasis on fun.

There are no exams or competitions, however all students are given the chance to learn and develop basic performance skills throughout the year. Students are involved in an end of year concert, although participation is not compulsory. For many people the only time in their lives they have the opportunity to perform on stage is as a child in concerts such as ours.

Our aim is to make dance a fun and affordable activity for children of all ages and abilities. There is absolutely no sewing involved as we make and supply all costumes for children participating in our concerts.

By enrolling your child with StarLite, your child will learn and develop important skills such as: confidence, coordination, movement and musicality skills and gain a lot from the experience of working with a teacher and other children in a friendly, fun-filled and musical environment.
